The combination of two coffees results in an emulsion of sensory properties: the Peru Honey (also available as filter roast) brings in a lot of sweetness and aromas of nuts, cocoa and red fruits, while the Colombian Arabica combines these with floral notes, caramel and tropical fruits expanded. Tasty, sweet and round without lacking any complexity. Super tasty as a pure espresso and Americano, sweet, soft, creamy and round. In combination with milk, especially as a flat white (double espresso, 150-190ml cup) it's a dream.
